We thought it is about time to send out some commune news and the way it all happened was
very exciting and creative.
We finished the 21 day Worldwide Dynamic Meditation and the Osho Book explosion with a
wonderful Osho White Robe Brotherhood Celebration on March 21st. Buddha Hall was glowing,
the roof and the sides were covered with thousands of little 'fairy lights'. These lights would go
on and off to the rhythm of the music, butterflies made out of paper showered from above and
the whole atmosphere was filled with joy and wonder.
During the 21 day Dynamic Meditation we had a big board outside Krishna House where we
displayed daily, the messages from all the participating Canters.
We really enjoyed those messages and the feeling of connectedness and friendship grew
stronger. Somebody called it 'the rainbow of meditation', a very appropriate expression and for
sure there will be another WorldWide 21 day Dynamic happening next year. Thank you all who
participated!
Now we are preparing for the Worldwide Mystic Rose in June; there are already about 30 centres
on the list, the event is being advertised on the Internet.
So if you do not have a Computer already it might be time to get one. talking about Osho goes
Cyber Space. It is quite fascinating.
The Osho Book Explosion ended with an exhibition of the Museum of Gods, a collection of all
kinds of stuffed animals that Osho used in order to reveal all the superstitious beliefs and rituals
people have around gods. A video with excerpts from 15 different discourses was shown,
everybody had a good laugh and Ma Mayo who has left Osho Global Connections 2 weeks ago
fell madly in love with a most lovely centipede.
Here is some exciting news from the Osho Multiversity: " We want to encourage everyone to
come and enjoy the Buddhafield, and to experience the beauties of the Summer season her in
Pune. The prices of all our groups and trainings have been reduced by 35% for this whole period,
from now on until the end of September. This will very likely not happen again."
"Many friends have difficulties finding accommodation during the height of the Winter Season
in Pune and we cannot always give everyone a place in the groups or trainings they would like
to do. We came up with this idea to reach out a hand from our side, and to let everyone know
there is a another whole 6-month period of the year that is also exquisite and which has it's own
attraction and charm. The people who come, love the Summer Season, but it has become a
hidden treasure...

And lastly we have a Summer Work Meditation program for you to come on a working holiday
for three to six months between May and October 1997.
The Summer Work Meditation Camp Program offers people accommodation in the commune in an
air- conditioned semi-dormitory room where there will be partitioned spaces
so that there is some privacy.
The participants will also receive a worker's gate-pass and they will need
to bring enough money for food and any emergency plus a return ticket.
Activities include White Robe Brotherhood and 6 hours participation in
Working meditation.For the Summer Season many departments have flexible
working shifts so workers can make maximum use of the commune facilities.
Worker's gatepass will allow participants to use swimming pool ,sauna
jacuzzi and other Basho amenities as well as Samadhi.
There will be also included special events such as Zazen in Full Moon,
Commune Party and Samadhi sessions in the evening.
